Bulk export, not one-at-a-time.
Select a date range and export every transcript you own in a single run — no more opening meetings individually and copy-pasting. Set a start and end date and every meeting in that range is ready to export together.
NoteHaul is a Chrome extension that bulk-exports your own meeting transcripts and notes to Markdown, TXT, and/or JSON — the formats you choose — bundled into a single ZIP. Everything is processed locally in your browser. Transcript content is never sent to us.
The free version lets you export up to 3 meetings in total. A $19 one-time purchase unlocks unlimited exports. Lifetime license for the current major version. No subscription.
Select a date range and export every transcript you own in a single run — no more opening meetings individually and copy-pasting. Set a start and end date and every meeting in that range is ready to export together.
Markdown for notes and wikis, TXT for plain reading and archives, and/or JSON for scripts, pipelines, and your own tooling — choose the formats you want, bundled into a single ZIP.
The export is assembled in your browser. Transcript content is never uploaded to us, and we operate no server that stores meeting data. The only server we operate is the license proxy, which never receives meeting content.
NoteHaul reads your data through Read.ai's official API using your own authorization via Read.ai's official OAuth. No scraping, no bypassing login, no workarounds.
$19, one time. Keep the license, keep the exports. No monthly fee, no per-seat pricing, no surprise renewal.
Install the extension and authorize access through Read.ai's official OAuth. Your authorization stays on your machine.
Choose a date range (and the meetings you want). NoteHaul fetches your own transcripts and notes through that authorized API connection. NoteHaul lists every meeting between the start and end dates you set; export all of them or only the ones you select.
Your export is assembled locally and delivered as a ZIP containing the formats you chose — Markdown, TXT, and/or JSON. Save it, file it, move it into your own knowledge base.
NoteHaul is not yet listed on the Chrome Web Store. Until it is, install it from the ZIP package — it takes about a minute, and the free version lets you export up to 3 meetings in total.
System requirements: Google Chrome 116+ on desktop, and a Read.ai account (free accounts work).
Unzip notehaul.zip into a folder you will keep. Chrome loads the extension from that folder, so do not delete it afterwards.
Type chrome://extensions into Chrome's address bar, press Enter, and switch on Developer mode in the top-right corner.
Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder. NoteHaul appears in your extensions list; pin it from the puzzle-piece menu for quick access.
/api/license/* on this site, which checks it with Creem (our payment provider and Merchant of Record), and we re-verify that license periodically afterwards. Meeting content is never included in that request — not a title, not a line of text.Read the full details in the Privacy Policy.
Free — up to 3 exported meetings in total
Each export uses the formats you choose: Markdown, TXT, and/or JSON, free or paid.
$19 — one-time purchase, unlimited exports
Taxes are calculated by Creem based on your region.
Coming soon — $19 one-timeThe software is licensed by ZHONG WENKANG and sold through Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. Creem processes your payment, issues your license key, and handles any applicable taxes. The extension verifies that license key through our license service (which checks it with Creem) at activation and re-verifies it periodically afterwards — only the license key and activation information are sent for that check, never meeting content.
Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.
No. NoteHaul is an independent product built by an individual developer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Read AI, Inc. Read.ai is mentioned only to describe, factually, which service the extension can export your own data from. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Nowhere on our side. Your transcripts are fetched through Read.ai's official API using your authorization, processed locally in your browser, and delivered straight to your Downloads folder as a ZIP. Transcript content is never uploaded to our servers, and we do not operate a server that stores meeting data. The only server we operate is the license proxy, which never receives meeting content.
Markdown, TXT, and/or JSON — you choose the formats for each export, and your selection is bundled into a single ZIP file.
No. Free Read.ai accounts can use the API: Read.ai makes its official API available to all users regardless of plan. If you belong to a Read.ai workspace, the workspace must have the Downloads option enabled (Workspace Settings › Reports & Sharing). NoteHaul uses that API with your own authorization; Read.ai, not us, decides who can access it, and it may change this in the future.
Your $19 purchase is a lifetime license for the current major version, and each license can be activated on at most 3 devices. The extension verifies your license key through our license service (which checks it with Creem) at activation and re-verifies it periodically afterwards, so all activations must be able to reach our license service. If you hit an activation limit on a device you own, email support and we will sort it out.
Yes — a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund from the purchase date. Email support@notehaul.yuemishuma.com with your order ID and we will process it through Creem. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued. Full details in the Refund Policy.
No. There is a free version that lets you export up to 3 meetings in total. A $19 one-time purchase unlocks unlimited exports. There is no recurring charge and no renewal.
This is a real dependency, and we want to be honest about it: NoteHaul relies on Read.ai's official API. If Read.ai changes, rate-limits, deprecates, or restricts that API, exports may break or become limited until we adapt. We will work on fixes and keep buyers informed, but we cannot guarantee that a third-party API will stay available or unchanged. See the Terms of Service.
Google Chrome 116+ on desktop (NoteHaul is a Manifest V3 extension); no other browsers are supported. You also need a Read.ai account — free accounts work — and authorization to access your own transcripts. If your account belongs to a Read.ai workspace, the workspace must have the Downloads option enabled; exports are not available to accounts that do not have API access.
No. NoteHaul is for exporting your own transcripts and notes, and using it means you agree to export only data you have the rights to and to follow the provider's terms. Do not use it to pull data belonging to someone else.
Your browser does the assembling, but the transcript data itself has to come from Read.ai's API, so you need an internet connection to fetch it. The license check also needs to reach our license service.
